Privacy Policy

Kitchener Christmas Lights takes christmas light installation requests from Kitchener and nearby — Victoria Park, Stanley Park, Forest Heights included. Here is exactly what we keep and why.

Information you give us

From the form: your name, phone number, email, and the address and the details of the job. From a phone call: the number you called from, the time, and any voicemail you leave along with its automatic transcript.

How it is used

We use it for one thing: getting your job in front of the one holiday lighting installer who handles Kitchener requests for this site. It is not sold, rented, shared with other trades, or added to a mailing list.

Cookies and tracking

Nothing is tracking you here. There is no analytics script, no Facebook or Google pixel, and no cookie banner because there are no cookies. The host's server logs are the only record of a visit.

Retention

Requests are kept for follow-up and bookkeeping, then deleted. Voicemails are removed on a regular cycle rather than kept indefinitely.

Getting your information removed

Write to hello@kitchenerchristmaslights.ca. You are entitled under PIPEDA to see, correct or delete what we hold. Messages from us are only about your request, and replying STOP ends them under CASL.
